Challenge
Relaunching Malta as tourist destination following COVID. The traffic light system was playing havoc with marketing plans as countries could be green one day, amber the next, and red the following week.
Goal
They had previously used individual agencies in each country but with multiple points of contact, which was proving to be frustrating and time consuming. By using one point of contact (Global TV Experts) for all their European TV activity, they were able to streamline and improve efficiencies across their marketing campaigns.
Solution
Global TV experts quickly negotiated with the sales houses across all territories, a no penalty cancellation clause into all the airtime booking contracts. This proactive thinking ensured minimum wastage, low stress levels and the flexibility to move money around as the markets opened or closed due to infection levels, maximising campaign efficiencies.
